Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Step by Step

  1. In a jar, mix oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, protein powder, and cinnamon

  2. Add milk until mixture is completely soaked

  3. refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight

  4. top with almond butter, walnuts, and honey and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup oats

1 cup low fat milk

1 medium apple — diced

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 tbsp flax seeds

1 tbsp walnuts — chopped into bits

2 tsp ground cinnamon

2 tsp raw & unfiltered honey

1 tbsp almond butter
