Cocoa Overnight Oats

Tastes like chocolate pudding!

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup rolled oats

1/3 cup instant oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 tbsp flax seeds

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 cup almond milk or low fat milk

1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Step by Step

  1. In a jar, mix both oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, cocoa powder, and protein powder

  2. Soak in almond milk

  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight and enjoy!
