INGREDIENTS

1 ripe banana (small or medium)

1/2 cup of oats

1 tbsp chia seed

1/2 tbsp flax seeds

1 tbsp cocoa

1 cup low fat milk

1 scoop protein powder

1 tbsp organic peanut butter (or almond butter)

Step by Step

  1. In a small jar, mash banana using a fork until it is a soft consistency

  2. Add oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, cocoa, and protein powder and mix

  3. Add milk

  4. Let sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours or up to overnight

  5. Top with choice of nut butter and enjoy!
