Tiramisu Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup rolled oats

1/3 cup instant oats

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 cup almond milk

1/3 cup low fat yogurt

2 tsp cocoa powder

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 tbsp flax seeds

Step by Step

  1. In a jar, mix both oats, cocoa powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, and flax seeds plus protein powder

  2. Soak in almond milk

  3. In a separate jar, add half of the oat mixture

  4. Layer with 1/2 of the yogurt

  5. Add the rest of the oat mixture and top with remaining yogurt

  6. Sprinkle with cocoa

  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight

  8. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
