Tiramisu Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup instant oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup almond milk
1/3 cup low fat yogurt
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp flax seeds
Step by Step
In a jar, mix both oats, cocoa powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, and flax seeds plus protein powder
Soak in almond milk
In a separate jar, add half of the oat mixture
Layer with 1/2 of the yogurt
Add the rest of the oat mixture and top with remaining yogurt
Sprinkle with cocoa
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight
Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
