Tuna Salad Green Wrap
INGREDIENTS
2 spinach green wrap
1 can albacore tuna
1 cup celery — diced
1 cup carrots — diced
2 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
Step by Step
Drain tuna and place in a medium size bowl
Using a fork, break apart the tuna
Mix in celery, carrots, mayo, mustard, black pepper and salt until well combined
Place 1/2 cup of tuna salad on green wrap
Fold wrap tightly
Heat nonstick pan to medium-low
Place wrap on pan until toasted
Once toasted on all sides, let cool and enjoy!
