Tuna Salad Green Wrap

INGREDIENTS

2 spinach green wrap

1 can albacore tuna

1 cup celery — diced

1 cup carrots — diced

2 tbsp mayo

1 tbsp dijon mustard

1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp salt

Step by Step

  1. Drain tuna and place in a medium size bowl

  2. Using a fork, break apart the tuna

  3. Mix in celery, carrots, mayo, mustard, black pepper and salt until well combined

  4. Place 1/2 cup of tuna salad on green wrap

  5. Fold wrap tightly

  6. Heat nonstick pan to medium-low

  7. Place wrap on pan until toasted

  8. Once toasted on all sides, let cool and enjoy!
