Vanilla Bean Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup oats

1/3 cup instant oats

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 tbsp flax seeds

1 tbsp hemp heart seeds

1 1/2 cup oat milk

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp vanilla bean paste

1 tsp cinnamon

Step by Step

  1. In a jar, combine both oats, protein powder, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp heart seeds, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla bean paste. Soak ingredients in oat milk.

  2. Refrigerate oats for at least 2 hours or up to overnight

  3. Top with your favorite toppings such as fruits or nuts and enjoy!
